About Your Dentist

Dr. David Gulotte is originally from Ohio. At a young age, his family moved to Florida. He is a graduate of Florida State University and obtained his dental degree in 1992 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charelston. Right after, David completed a one year general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Bay Pines, FL. Dr. Gulotte is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Association, the Collier County Dental Association. He is certified to place and restore Camlog Dental Implants as well as perform basic orthodontic procedures with ClearCorrect

Drs. Gulotte and Hernandez have been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry together since 1997.

Dr. Maria Hernandez is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. She completed her undergraduate studies at Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. Maria completed her dental degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo, and right after moved to Florida to do a one year general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Bay Pines, FL.

Dr. Hernandez is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Association, and Collier County Dental Association.

She currently has certifications from ClearCorrect to perform basic orthodontic treatment. She is also certified through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to provide non-surgical cosmetic enhancements using Botox and Juvederm.

Drs. Hernandez and Gulotte have been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry together since 1997. They have been married for 20 years and have three children. They enjoy traveling, going to the movies, and watching football. Dr. Hernandez is an active volunteer at one of the local public schools.
