Dr. David M. Gulotte, D.M.D.

Dr. David Gulotte is originally from Ohio. At a young age, his family moved to Florida. He is a graduate of Florida State University and obtained his dental degree in 1992 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charelston. Right after, David completed a one year general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Bay Pines, FL. Dr. Gulotte is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Association, the Collier County Dental Association. He is certified to place and restore Camlog Dental Implants as well as perform basic orthodontic procedures with ClearCorrect.

Drs. Gulotte and Hernandez have been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry together since 1997.


Dr. Maria L. Hernandez, D.D.S.

Dr. Maria Hernandez is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico. She completed her undergraduate studies at Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. Maria completed her dental degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo, and right after moved to Florida to do a one year general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Bay Pines, FL.

Dr. Hernandez is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Association, and Collier County Dental Association.

She currently has certifications from ClearCorrect to perform basic orthodontic treatment. She is also certified through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to provide non-surgical cosmetic enhancements using Botox and Juvederm.

Drs. Hernandez and Gulotte have been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry together since 1997. They have been married for 20 years and have three children. They enjoy traveling, going to the movies, and watching football. Dr. Hernandez is an active volunteer at one of the local public schools.


Catherine Osborn

Office Administrator

With years of experience in dentistry , her clinical and administrative skills are essential to the team at Imperial Dental.

Catherine started her dental career in 1987 as a registered dental assistant in the state of Michigan. She moved to Florida with her family 16 years ago, and has been a team member of Imperial Dental for the past 12 years.

Patients appreciate Catherine’s extensive knowledge of dental plans and financial arrangements, helping patients achieve their optimal dental health and to keep their teeth for a lifetime!

Catherine enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren at the beach.


Laura Matheson

Business Assistant

Laura has over 10 years of experience in dentistry. She enjoys scheduling patients appointments and assisting the doctors. With her enthusiastic, outgoing personality, she helps patients feel comfortable and at ease. She grew up in Minnesota, and moved to Florida with her husband, Ian. They have lived in Southwest Florida for 12 years. They keep busy with their 4 boys, playing sports and playing at the beach.


Ann Gaynor, CDA

Ann earned her Certified Dental Assistant certification in Florida and Minnesota. She has over 38 years of dental experience. She moved to Florida in 2000 and has been working for Drs. Gulotte and Hernandez ever since. She enjoys assisting the doctors in all areas of dentistry. Her outgoing personality makes all patient feel comfortable and at ease. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jerry. She likes to travel, paddleboard, and go to the beach.


Diane Eckert, RDH

Diane earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Forsyth School in Boston in 1984. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from South Connecticut State University in 1989. She has been practicing dental hygiene for Drs. Gulotte and Hernandez for 5 years. Diane and her husband, Len, enjoy spending time together with their grown children John, Kristen, and PT. They love watching football games and traveling.


Amy Adams, RDH

Amy Adams was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. She has been a dental hygienist for 19 years. Amy moved to Florida in 2006 and has been working for Drs. Gulotte and Hernandez ever since. Amy enjoys making a connection with her patients and coaching them along to attain a healthy dentition. She has a supportive husband and a beautiful 7 year old daughter. In their free time, they are active in their church and enjoy going frequently to the Disney parks.
